Become A CWAP Workshop Leader

Careers With A Purpose places a high priority in creating opportunities for people to serve in key roles using their God given strengths. A Workshop Leader is selected by the organization sponsoring the event to lead the CWAP classes.
Key Responsibilities
- A Leader is a volunteer position serving the organization sponsoring the event.
- The Leader will work with the organizations' leadership to order the Leader Kit, the Participant Kits, and have them available for sale.
- Work with leadership of the organization to select a date and time for the workshop.
- Review the workshop lessons, become familiar with the content.
- Organize a team of volunteers to assist in presenting the class.
- Promote the CWAP class within the organization and the community using the marketing materials and guidelines provided.
- Organize the registration process to sell Participant Kits.
- Organize the room and equipment for each class.
- Present the class materials in a professional manner that positively reflects on your organization and on CWAP.
- Interact with participants during the class and between classes as needed.
- Leaders will be selected by the sponsoring organization to lead the CWAP class at their facility.
- Order a Leader's Kit and Participant Kits and follow Workshop Promotion guidelines.
- Each Leader will be given a contact name and number at the national office.
